This website, nanasglowtree.com, is operated by Nana's Glow ("we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our store or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

Online store

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You must not use our store for any unlawful purpose.

Products and pricing

We take care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices and product availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price and refund you in full.

Promotions and bundle offers

Launch offers, bundle discounts and multi-buy discounts apply automatically at checkout during the stated period and to the stated products only. Each offer shows its end date where one applies. We may change or end future promotions, but this will never change the price of an order you have already placed.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or product information, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for any rights you have that cannot be excluded, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our store or products. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or refunding the price you paid.

Product use

Please follow any instructions and safety warnings supplied with your product. Our products are Christmas decorations intended for indoor use. They are not toys and are not suitable for young children. Battery-operated products should only be used with the battery type stated in the product description.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Nana's Glow or is used with permission, and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Reviews and comments

If you submit a review or comment, you confirm it is your genuine experience and does not contain unlawful, offensive or misleading content. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our store.
