Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then delivery takes approximately 20 days. Delivery can take a little longer during the busy Christmas period.

We recommend ordering by 20 November to give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas.

Shipping is a flat rate per order: $9.95 within Australia and $19.95 internationally (AUD).

Yes. We ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, much of Europe and parts of Asia and the Middle East. The countries available at checkout are always up to date. We can't currently ship to the United Kingdom.

International orders may attract import duties or taxes in the destination country, which are paid by the recipient.

When your order is dispatched we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number where one is available. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Yes. Each Glowing Tree's fairy lights run on 2 × AA batteries, which are not included.

Every tree comes in six styles (Caramel Cotton, Golden Acorn, Snow Angel, Red & White Baubles, Red Cottage and Winter White) and two sizes: 45cm for a side table or windowsill, or 60cm for a mantel centrepiece. Each tree comes with its matching decoration set.

They're Christmas decorations, not toys, and are not suitable for children under 14. Each set has six wooden soldiers about 12.5cm tall, with gold loops for hanging, presented in a red gift box.

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Remove the batteries from your tree and pack everything away somewhere cool and dry, ready to glow again next Christmas.

Yes. If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first with your order number and we'll send instructions. See our Refund Policy for details.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
